Our Story
Crown + Scale Collective was born out of a love for creating moments that matter—where creativity meets strategy, and big ideas become unforgettable experiences.
The name itself carries our DNA: “Crown” is a nod to our founder Tiara (yes, like a crown!), but it also symbolizes the polished, top-tier creativity, flawless attention to detail, and beautiful execution we bring to every project.
“Scale” reflects both her Libra nature—always finding the balance—and our team’s ability to transform bold visions into real, impactful experiences. Whether it’s scaling a small idea to fit the perfect budget or building a foundation for long-term growth, we know how to make it happen without losing the magic.

As Founder of Crown + Scale Collective, Tiara Jackson is a bold and visionary event strategist who leads with creativity and purpose, designing experiences that empower communities and amplify impact. With a career spanning media, sports, and technology, Tiara is redefining what it means to lead in the world of experiential and hospitality.
From intimate VIP activations to multi-day conferences and tradeshows, Tiara brings a refined balance of creativity and strategy — blending event planning, experiential marketing, sponsorship solutions, hospitality, and inclusive storytelling to connect brands with their audiences in meaningful ways.
She has led the development of high-impact campaigns, crafted compelling brand narratives, and produced events that embody both storytelling and purpose.
Her work is fueled by a deep passion for culture, representation, and social impact. Tiara is dedicated to not only delivering transformative brand experiences but also creating an intentional community for Black women in events, experiential marketing, and hospitality — a space that nurtures collaboration, creativity, and leadership.

These experiences honed her ability to deliver strategy and execution at the highest level, balancing creativity with precision.
